Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Certainly! We ship worldwide!

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are free worldwide; however, we are not responsible for custom and import duties. 

 

What is your return and exchange policy?
If an item arrives with defects or damages, please contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item for a refund or a new shipment. If your order is lost during transport, you should immediately report this to us. Otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

How do I track my order?

I can't track my order?

Please allow for a couple days for the system to refresh and update. If the problem persists, please try enter your tracking number at this alternative tracking page.

 

What does "unfulfilled" mean?

If your order status is currently unfulfilled, this means that your order is currently processing and has not been shipped out yet. You will receive another e-mail with your tracking information soon.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time currently takes from 5 to 12 business days and you will receive notification of your tracking number afterward via e-mail. Please note that processing time is not factored into shipping time. Orders from the United States typically take 2-5 business weeks to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3-8 business weeks. Please note that there may be a delay of 1-2 weeks.

 

Can I cancel my order?
You may only cancel your order if it has not been processed yet.

I'm missing an item in my package?
If you ordered multiple products, your order may come in separate shipments.

 

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you will be refunded for the costs.
